- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 medium Tomatoes(sliced)
- 2 tbsp Peanut oil
- 6 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Ground white pepper

In a bowl, combine the fish pieces with flour, salt, and white pepper. Seal and shake to coat evenly.
