  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.25 tsp Ginger powder
  • 0.5 tsp Ground cumin
  • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt(or to taste, be mindful of olive saltiness)
  • 1 cup Green olives(pitted, soaked in water for 30 mins to reduce saltiness)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp Fresh parsley(chopped, divided)
  • 2 cups Water or chicken broth(or enough to cover chicken)
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch (optional)(mixed with 2 tbsp water for thickening)
