  • 6 cups Beef broth
  • 1 cup Red wine(such as Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon)
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1/2 cup Saskatoon berries(fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley(chopped, for garnish)
