  • 100 ml Extra virgin olive oil(divided)

  • 50 g Sun-dried tomatoes(finely chopped (optional, for Hvarska variation))
  • 2 pieces Salted anchovies(finely chopped (optional, for Hvarska variation))
  • 1 tbsp Capers(finely chopped (optional, for Hvarska variation))
