  • 500 g Swiss chard (blitva)(cleaned and roughly chopped)
  • 300 g Potatoes(peeled and boiled until tender)
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves(minced)
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 Lemon(for juice)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley(chopped)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
