- 0.25 cup Tomato paste
- 1 cup Beef stock
- 3 tbsp Fresh oregano(finely chopped)
- 1.5 tbsp Fresh thyme(finely chopped)
- 1 leaf Bay leaf
- 14 oz can Whole peeled tomatoes(crushed by hand)
- Kosher salt(to taste)
- Black pepper(freshly ground, to taste)
