  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Salt(or to taste)
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper(freshly ground, or to taste)
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro(chopped, for garnish)
