🧂 Ingredientes

  • For the Filling:(Combine all filling ingredients in a bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight.)
  • 1 lb Pork shoulder(cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
  • 1/4 cup Char siu sauce
  • 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • a few drops Optional: Red food coloring(for traditional color)
  • For the Dough:(Combine all dough ingredients in a large bowl and knead until smooth and elastic.)
  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp Instant yeast
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
