  • 1 lb Cassava (yuca) or potatoes(peeled and cut into chunks)
  • 1 lb Sweet potatoes(peeled and cut into chunks)
  • 3 medium Green plantains(peeled and cut into chunks)
  • 1 head Cabbage(coarsely chopped)
  • 1 bunch Cilantro(chopped)
