  • 3 Egg yolks(Large egg yolks.)
  • 80 g Unsalted butter(Melted, plus extra for greasing the pan.)
  • 1 medium Onion(Finely chopped, for cooking the chicken.)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric(For seasoning the chicken.)
