  • 800 g Canned diced tomatoes(Good quality, undrained. Alternatively, use 1kg fresh ripe tomatoes, blanched, peeled, and roughly chopped.)
  • 1 Red bell pepper(Deseeded and finely diced)
  • 1 Green bell pepper(Deseeded and finely diced)
  • 1 Yellow onion(Medium, finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic(Minced)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Harissa paste(Adjust to your spice preference. Use mild or hot.)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt(Or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper(Freshly ground, or to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro or parsley(Chopped, for garnish)
