  • 1 whole head Garlic(top sliced off)
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 2 tbsp Barberries (optional)(rinsed)
  • 750 ml Hot water or broth(approximately, may need more)

  • to taste Black pepper
