  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil(plus more for drizzling)
  • 50 g Pine nuts(toasted)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley(chopped, for garnish)
