  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 Medium onion(finely chopped)
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves(minced)

  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp Ground cumin

  • 8 leaves Curry leaves(optional)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves(chopped, for garnish)
