  • 4 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 200 ml Red wine
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Paprika(sweet)
  • 1 tsp Black pepper(freshly ground)
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley(chopped, for garnish)
