  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 3 large Egg whites(for French meringue)
  • For the Meringue Topping:
  • 3 large Egg whites
  • 225 g Granulated sugar
  • 51 ml Water
  • 200 g Apricot jam(for drizzling (optional))
