Steamed Fish in Banana Leaves

- 1 tsp Ginger(grated)
- 1 medium Green bell pepper(thinly sliced)
- 0.5 optional Habanero pepper(finely chopped, adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Salt(or to taste)
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper(or to taste)
- 1 crumbled Chicken bouillon cube(optional)
