  • 2 cloves Garlic(Peeled and roughly chopped.)
  • 3 tbsp Sherry vinegar(Adjust to taste. Use a good quality sherry vinegar.)
  • 120 ml Extra virgin olive oil(Plus more for drizzling, if desired.)
  • 120 ml Cold water(Approximately, to adjust consistency.)
