Herbed Yogurt and Greens
Gopje is a refreshing and vibrant dish, often served as a side or a light meal, particularly popular in the warmer regions of Turkmenistan. It combines thick yogurt with a generous amount of fresh herbs, finely chopped greens, and sometimes garlic, offering a cooling and flavorful experience.
