- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1.5 liters Chicken broth
- 1 tsp Salt(or to taste)
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper(freshly ground)
- 1 tsp Thyme(dried)
- 1 leaf Bay leaf
- 0.25 cup Cilantro(chopped, for garnish)
