  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Coriander(ground)
  • 1 tsp Cumin(ground)
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 l Vegetable broth or water
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro(chopped)
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley(chopped)
  • to taste Salt
