  • 0.5 tsp Coriander powder
  • 600 ml Vegetable broth or water
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro(chopped, plus more for garnish)
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley(chopped, plus more for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
