  • 1 cup All-purpose flour(for dredging)
  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch(for dredging)
  • 1.5 tsp Salt(divided)
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 3-4 cups Vegetable oil(for frying)
  • 1/2 cup Tahini
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 1/4 cup Water(or as needed to reach desired consistency)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley(chopped, for garnish)
