  • 2 medium Onions(chopped)
  • 4 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 2 tbsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 liter Beef broth
  • 2 cans (400g each) Canned cannellini beans(drained and rinsed)
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper(freshly ground)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley(chopped, for garnish)
