  • 2 cm piece Galangal(grated or finely chopped)

  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • Salt(to taste)
  • Fresh cilantro(for garnish)
