  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 Large onions, thinly sliced

  • 30 g Dried porcini mushrooms, rehydrated and chopped
  • 1 kg Sauerkraut, drained and roughly chopped
  • 500 ml Pork broth or water
  • 1 tsp Caraway seeds
  • 2 Bay leaves

  • a handful Fresh dill, chopped (for garnish)
