Bosnian Stuffed Chicken Drumsticks
Tender chicken drumsticks stuffed with a flavorful mixture of minced meat, rice, and spices, then baked to golden perfection. A hearty and comforting main course.

- 300 g Ground beef or lamb
- 100 g Rice(uncooked, rinsed)
- 1 medium Onion(finely chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic cloves(minced)
- 2 tbsp Parsley(chopped)
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 200 ml Chicken broth or water

Carefully debone the chicken drumsticks, leaving the skin intact. Make a cut along the bone and gently pull the meat away, creating a pocket. Leave the bone in for structure.
