  • 750 ml Lamb stock or beef stock
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt(or to taste)
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper(freshly ground, or to taste)
  • 500 g Shortcrust pastry(store-bought or homemade, enough for a double crust pie)
  • 1 large Egg(beaten, for egg wash)
