  • 50 g Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

  • 1 small Onion(finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 1 Scotch bonnet pepper(finely chopped, seeds removed for less heat)
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves(fresh, chopped)
  • 1 tsp Sugar
