  • 400 g Tomatoes(pureed or finely diced)
  • 3 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 1 tsp Ginger(grated)
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 250 ml Water or fish broth
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley(chopped, for garnish)
