  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper(freshly ground)
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 750 ml Beef broth
  • 1 piece Bay leaf
  • 200 ml Sour cream(for serving (optional))
