  • 1 medium Yellow onion(chopped)
  • 4 medium Garlic cloves(minced)
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro(chopped)
  • 1 small Scotch bonnet pepper(optional, for heat)
  • 0.5 tablespoon Achiote (annatto)(paste or powder)
