  • 500 g Sweet potatoes(peeled and boiled until tender)
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 medium Onion(finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 1/2 small Scotch bonnet pepper(finely chopped, seeds removed)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh chives(chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro(chopped)
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Water(or as needed)
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • for frying Vegetable oil
