  • 4 tbsp Sugar(or to taste)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract(or seeds from 1/2 vanilla bean)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 serving Kammerjunker(for serving)
  • 1 serving Fresh berries(optional, for serving)

💡 Ammattilaisvinkit

  • For a richer Koldskål, use a higher fat content yogurt.
  • If you don't have Kammerjunker, any crisp, plain cookie or biscotti can be used.
  • Some traditional recipes include egg yolks, but this version omits them for simplicity and safety.
