  • 1 large Onion(blended or finely chopped)
  • 1 thumb-sized piece Ginger(grated)
  • 4 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 1-2 Scotch bonnet pepper(to taste)
  • 30 g Salted fish (koobi/momoni)(optional, for flavor)
  • 1 cup Spinach or other leafy greens(chopped (optional))
