  • 2 lbs Sweet potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 2 tbsp Thyme leaves
  • 2 tbsp Marjoram leaves
  • 0.25 tsp Ground cloves
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Browning (optional, for color)
