  • 1 Large onion(¾ for cooking, ¼ for topping, sliced)
  • 3 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 4 Medium potatoes(peeled and cut into 3cm cubes)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Salt(to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper(to taste)
  • 1 bunch Green onions(chopped, for garnish (optional))
