  • 2 medium Potatoes(diced)
  • 500 ml Beef or vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground coriander
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • to taste Salt
