  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin

  • 1 whole Dried lime (loomi)(pierced, optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 8 leaves Curry leaves(optional)
  • 200 ml Water
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves(chopped, for garnish)
