  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 500 g Fresh or frozen sweet cherries, pitted
  • 3-4 tbsp Granulated sugar(adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 50 g Unsalted butter, melted (for serving)
  • 150 g Sour cream (for serving)
