  • 50 g Butter
  • 80 g Double cream
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese(grated)
  • 1 tsp Sage(chopped)
  • 0.5 tsp Nutmeg(freshly grated)
  • 1 large Egg(beaten, for glazing)
