- 100 g Pandanus fruit pulp(from about 2-3 pandanus fruits, mashed or pureed)
- 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 0.25 cup Sugar(plus more for dusting)
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 cup Milk(or water)
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil(for the batter)
- 3 cups Vegetable oil(for frying)

In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas and pandanus fruit pulp.
