  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 500 ml Chicken stock
  • 2 medium Shallots(Finely chopped)
  • 3 cloves Garlic(Minced)
  • 1 inch Galangal(Minced)
  • 1 stalk Lemongrass(Bruised)
  • 2-3 optional Chilli padi(For extra heat)
  • 1 tsp Sugar
