- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 whole Bay leaf
- 1 packet Sazรณn con culantro y achiote(optional, for color and flavor)

- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley(chopped, for garnish)
