- 400 g Tomatoes(diced)

- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1.5 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala

- 1/4 cup Fresh coriander leaves(chopped, for garnish)
