- 3 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 1 inch Ginger(grated)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch(mixed with 2 tbsp water)

Boil the taro root cubes in salted water until tender but not mushy, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
