- 100ml Milk(Whole or 2% milk.)
- 1/2 Onion(Finely chopped.)
- 2 cloves Garlic(Minced.)
- 2-3 tablespoons Vegetable oil(For frying and sautรฉing.)

In a large bowl, mash the fried plantains with a fork or potato masher until mostly smooth. Add the eggs and milk to the mashed plantains and mix well until fully incorporated.
