  • 1 generous pinch Saffron threads(Steeped in 1/4 cup of warm water for at least 10 minutes.)
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 large Tomatoes(Peeled, seeded, and diced.)
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup Coriander(Fresh, chopped.)
  • 1/2 cup Parsley(Fresh, chopped.)

  • to taste Black pepper
  • approx. 1.5 liters Water or Vegetable Broth(Enough to cover the vegetables.)
