  • 1 cup Yogurt(plain, whisked)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1-2 tsp Red Chili Powder(adjust to taste)

  • 1 tbsp Whole Spices (Cardamom pods, Cloves, Cinnamon stick, Bay leaves)
  • 2-3 cups Water(or as needed)
  • 3-4 whole Green Chilies(slit)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Coriander(chopped, for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Ginger Juliennes(for garnish)
