Bahraini Muhammar with Rice

- 3 cups Water
- 1 cup Medjool dates(pitted and chopped)
- 3 tbsp Ghee
- 4 crushed Cardamom pods
- 1 small Cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar(optional, adjust to taste)
